"Vilia service & assistance during D-day was to-notch. One of our biggest worries, as we are not Bali-based and all of our guests were not locals, was hotel-transport-venue coordination. However, on the D-day everything was smooth. Crew were very helpful, well-organized, and professional. We didnt have to worry about anything and able to focus on ourselves. No complaints received from guests. Highly appreciate the service prior to the wedding day. With only 2 online meetings and 1 general/technical meeting, our wedding dream came true and has become the best day of my life."
